"Born and raised in Bronx, Lavon Collins, professionally known as "L.C.", developed his love for music at an early age. L.C.'s parents encouraged his natural talents by gifting him with a keyboard on his 12th birthday, which is when the true musician in him started to surface. L.C.'s passion helped him to stay off the streets, unlike many of his peers, and to remain focused in order to make his dreams of becoming a notable hip-hop artist a reality. L.C achieved great success last year with his 2010 release of his #4 Billboard charting single "Don't Trip," which featured R&B sensation, Donell Jones. L.C. is committed to changing the game and taking it to the next level with the March 29, 2011 release of his New Single entitled "BLOCK BOY" and the re-release of his Billboard top ten charting hit, "Don't Trip."
